Koh Tachai  (19)
One of the premium dive sites in the world, south of the island, starting at 12m, lays a large pinnacle littered with rocks, gorgonian fans, stag-horn, brain, table, plate and wire corals. A reliable site for mantas later in the season, plus several whale shark sightings, giant trevally, leopard sharks, large tuna and emperor all serve to make this a truly memorable

Steep ridge and wall with good soft coral coverage,Marine life includes octopi, sea kraits, scorpion fish, nudibranchs and small reef sharks. Predictable site for manta rays.

Three Trees   (17)
Depth 10-30m, Visibility 10-35m, currents can be strong
Starts at the southern end with huge submerged rock, then runs into a gently sloping white sand reef. Good for several species of shark, particularly leopad and white tip. Medium sized pelagics in mid water and great reef action including visits by napoleon wrasse.

Striking, huge submerged, geometric, rock sloping down into the deep each fringed with gorgonian and sea fans. Rich in reef fish, reliable for turtles, has potato-cod, large shoals of batfish and snapper.

Breakfast Bend    (15)
One of the most beautiful reefs in the Similans, with excellent light, particularly in the morning. A white sand reef dropping to a sandy bottom at 35 m. covered in hard coral and gorgonians. Has an abundance of reed fish, hump-head parrotfish, white tip and black tip sharks, stingrays plus other pelagic action

Cluttered with arches and narrow swim-through. Many species of hard and soft corals, cowries shells. Giant, fimbriated and ribbon eels. Surgeons and unicorn fish, several species of shark, shoals of oriental sweet-lips plus Picasso clown fish.

Snapper Alley  (12)
Boulders creating underwater canyons. Tree corals, seafans and wire corals. Good representation of small invertebrates, and as the name suggests, snappers.

Donald Duck-M16-Shoe Bay  (11)
Outer part has series of boulders with enjoyable swim-throughs. Marine life includes snappers, butterfly fish, lionfish, scorpionfish and trumpet fish. Great night dive for tiny invertebrates. Beware of boat traffic in the shallows.

Koh Racha:
First dive site begins at the northeast tip of Koh Racha Yai and heads south, the second follows the southeastern apex.  Average depth is around 12 meters / maximum depth 22 meters.  This is a very popular diving destination and is suitable for all levels of diver. There's also enjoyable snorkeling around the rocks in the shallow waters off the islands coastline.
The shallower sections of the reef feature table corals and smaller examples of leaf corals; the deeper waters have similar species, but larger. There are many featherstars, lionfish, puffers and a few parrotfish and wrasse.
The site's southern end has the bonus of encountering mating cuttlefish along with a greater display of reef creatures, including good sized titan triggerfish, moray eels and octopus; plus on a smaller scale, a better selection of colorful fish and invertebrates. Leopard sharks and hawksbill turtles are occasionally seen around the coastline.
Although used as a location to get new and inexperienced divers into the water, Koh Racha Yai should not be dismissed as a dive location for experienced divers with some dives sites providing more tricky conditions that also give some great rewards which is what makes the dive sites at Racha Yai our most popular. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=c_96t1oTrIo

King Cruiser: An 87m long x 25m wide converted car ferry built in Japan and then imported into Thailand about 10 years ago, sunk on May the 4th, 1997, after striking Anemone Reef just East of Phuket. She came to rest at a depth of 32 meters with the top of the wreck only 14 meters from the surface, making for a perfect multi-level air or Nitrox dive.
The wreck is huge and are home to a lot of marine life. On top of schooling barracuda, travelies and big schools of snappers inside the car deck, there are also a lot of scorpion fish and lion fish found all over the wreck.
The visibility can range anywhere from 5-20+ meters and with the occasional strong current this can be anything from a very easy dive to a very difficult dive, but excellent either way.

Koh Dok Mai: (flower island) is situated just over 1 hours ride East of Phuket with our diving boat. The eastern side of the island is a wall dive ranging all the way from the surface down to 20-30 meters.
The wall is covered with rock oysters, giant clams and gorgonian sea fans being home to sea horses, ghost pipefish, shrimps, nudibranches and much more. Also watch out for schooling yellow tail barracuda passing by the wall.
The eastern side of the Island also boasts 2 caves making a great dive a fantastic one. Due to surrounding topograpgy and potentially strong currents the visibility varies greatly and ranges from 5-30 meters.

Shark Point is a series of pinnacles situated about 1 hour 30 minutes boat ride East of Phuket. With a wide variety of hard and soft corals Shark Point is recognized as one of the best coral reefs in Thailand. Leopard shark is often seen here along with nurse shark.
This is also great dive site for macro photography as the site is home to seahorse, ghost pipefish, shrimps, and big gargonian sea fan covering the site.

Krabi Dive Sites
Krabi has a lot to offer divers in terms of variety of dive sites. Local dives are arranged on calm weather days to nearby sites that can offer easy shallow dives. Most of the daytrips head to Phi Phi islands where there are several dive sites to choose from all with very rich marine life and filled with a mixture of hard and soft corals. Further away are the best of the best: Koh Haa Yai, Hin Daeng and Hin Muang. These 3 dive sites are very unique in spotting bigger fish and Koh Haa Yai has interesting caverns to explore. Diving in the Similan islands is also possible from Krabi by daytrip or liveaboard cruises. Krabi has lot of good dives nearby but some of the best sites are a bit further (2,5-3,5 hours)

Koh Lanta Dive Sites
Due to its ideal location, Koh Lanta is becoming a famous dive destination among divers. There are all the Phi Phi dive sites, Koh Haa Yai and Hin Daeng/Muang reachable from Koh Lanta by relatively short distances. In addition, there are a few other interesting places to see like the Koh Rok Nok dive sites. Many experienced divers fancy Koh Lanta as their favourite destination in Thailand since there are many deeper sites and lots of bigger fish around. In addition, Koh Haa Yai’s cavern offers thrilling experiences for divers interested in this specialty area.

PHI PHI ISLANDS:
offers consistently good diving all year round.
Phi Phi is best known for its fabulous sea fans and as home of the Leopard Shark. With long caves, dramatic overhangs, walls that go down to 30 m, swim-throughs, submerged pinnacles and a fabulous display of hard and soft coral, the diving around Ko Phi Phi is varied and spectacular with something new on every dive.
The premier dive sites at Koh Phi Phi include Bidah Nok, Bidah Nai and Hin Bidah.

KOH HAA:
offers beautiful scuba diving and snorkelling with spectacular visibility. Diving at Koh Haa is suitable for divers of all levels.
Ko Haa’s highlights include The Lagoon, The Cathedral, and other caverns, inter-connected chambers and swim-throughs.
Koh Haa, which means ‘Five Islands’ in Thai, has a central lagoon area that is ideal for beginners. It offers a safe and relaxed starting point for you to take your first underwater breaths and there are some extremely friendly little Porcupine Puffer Fish, ready to make your acquaintance in the large, sandy bay area. The bay slopes gently onto the reef allowing you to progress into your first dive effortlessly.
The marine life that can be found at Koh Haa varies from rare Ghost Pipefish measuring only a few centimetres, to an abundance of Octopus hiding amongst the rocks and crevices. A Hawksbill Turtle is often seen swimming amongst the pristine coral. Manta Rays, Marble Rays, Eagle Rays and even Whale Sharks are spotted here occasionally.
One of Koh Haa’s highlights is the series of caverns and swim-through's. The largest cavern has three chambers and is known as The Cathedral. The first two chambers are connected by a shallow swim through at about 9 metres.
Koh Haa Island no. 1 (Koh Haa Nung) has various chimneys and other systems to explore. You can find banded sea snakes, lionfish, nudibranches, frogfish, harlequin shrimps, many other crustaceans and beautiful cowries. If you take a look out into the blue, you can find huge schools of silverside fish, glassfish, barracudas and travellie.
The clear waters and consistent visibility of 25m+ make Ko Haa an un-forgettable diving destination.

HIN DAENG – ‘Red Rock’
Hin Daeng and Hin Muang are the deepest drop-offs in Thailand. They are world-class dive sites and provide some of the most stunning diving in the area, with a high chance of seeing Manta Rays and even Whale Sharks.
The greater depths and currents make these sites suitable for Advanced divers or Open Water divers with 20+ dives.
Hin Daeng, ‘Red Rock’, is named after the beautiful red corals that cover the pinnacles. Located 70km south of Ko Lanta, they boast good visibility, unless the waters become extremely plankton-rich. It is this plankton that attracts the larger marine-life and there is a high chance of seeing Manta Rays and passing Whale Sharks throughout the season.
Hin Daeng protrudes about 3 meters above the water, but below, it drops straight down to 70+ meters on the southern side. There is a huge school of large Round Batfish that congregate around the buoy line, and there are often large schools of barracuda patrolling the outer reef.
At these sites, the marine-life seems to be on a larger scale than elsewhere in the Andaman Sea. Many Giant Morays can be seen amongst the cracks and crevices and large Leopard Sharks are often found in the 40-meter ridges.
It’s fascinating to watch the huge schools of Snappers and Fusiliers swim around the pinnacles while Rainbow Runners, Jacks and Travellie dart in, hoping for a quick snack.
Red-Tooth Trigger Fish flutter prettily amongst the the colourful soft corals, and many types of Anemone fish dance over the top of the highest pinnacles.
It is here that the Manta Ray’s come to be cleaned in the currents that sweep over the tops of the pinnacles.

HIN MUANG ‘Purple Rock’ 
is completely submerged and derives its name from the vast number of of purple corals covering the pinnacles.
It is also known as a cleaning station for passing Manta Rays who come here to be cleaned and use neighbouring Hin Daeng as a navigation point. At Hin Muang and Hin Daeng, the marine-life seems to be on a larger scale. In the main central channel, reef fish congregate to escape the currents that sweep along each side of the reef.
The reef is 200m long and less than 20m wide, and comprises three main pinnacles and several smaller ones.

KOH ROK
The two sister-islands of Koh Rok offer beautiful diving with fabulous beaches and are suitable for divers and snorkelers of all levels.
Koh Rok offers relatively shallow diving with abundant marine life and thriving corals in the shallower areas.
The shallow channel between Koh Rok’s twin islands reaches a maximum depth of 15 m, which makes Koh Rok a great destination for students, beginner divers and snorkelers.
The uninhabited islands of Koh Rok (Koh Rok Nai – Inner Rock, and Koh Rok Nok – Outer Rock) are part of Koh Lanta‘s National Marine Park and are named after a small furry animal (called ‘Rok’ in Thai), which can occasionally be spotted on the islands. Giant Monitor Lizards (often over a metre in length!) are regularly seen on the beautiful, powder-white sandy beaches, which are among prettiest in Thailand.
Enormous Gorgonian Sea Fans, hard corals, interspersed with many colourful, soft corals, dominate the deeper areas on the east side of Koh Rok Nok. The marine life that can be found at Koh Rok varies from abundant and colourful reef fish to Black-Tip Reef Sharks, which can be spotted, cruising past the reef and if you’re lucky you can find a Hawksbill Turtle near the beach.
Koh Rok can be best described as a Coral Garden. The reef tends to slope gently downwards to a sandy bottom between 21 – 25 metres. You can expect to see plenty of Puffer Fish, Anemone fish and Snappers. If you look out into the blue, you might be lucky enough to spot an Eagle Ray or even a passing White-Tip!
The diving and snorkelling at Koh Rok is relaxed and scenic. There are great underwater photography opportunities and the visibility is usually superb.
The spectacular twin beaches, crystal clear water and abundant wildlife, above and below the water, make for memorable day for all the family.

The visibility can range anywhere from 5-20+ meters and with the occasional strong current this can be anything from a very easy dive to a very difficult dive, but excellent either way.

KOH DOK MAI: (flower island)
is situated just over 1 hours ride East of Phuket with our diving boat. The eastern side of the island is a wall dive ranging all the way from the surface down to 20-30 meters.
The wall is covered with rock oysters, giant clams and gorgonian sea fans being home to sea horses, ghost pipefish, shrimps, nudibranches and much more. Also watch out for schooling yellow tail barracuda passing by the wall.
The eastern side of the Island also boasts 2 caves making a great dive a fantastic one. Due to surrounding topograpgy and potentially strong currents the visibility varies greatly and ranges from 5-30 meters.

SHARK POINT is a series of pinnacles situated about 1 hour 30 minutes boat ride East of Phuket. With a wide variety of hard and soft corals Shark Point is recognized as one of the best coral reefs in Thailand. Leopard shark is often seen here along with nurse shark.
This is also great dive site for macro photography as the site is home to seahorse, ghost pipefish, shrimps, and big gargonian sea fan covering the site.

On the 22nd November 2012 Koh Chang got a new wreck! HTMS Chang was placed to make an artificial reef. Koh Tao diving

Koh Tao offer scuba divers daily excursions to the best reefs surrounding the island. The dive vessel is cruising from site to site the full day. Divers will be transported by shuttle boat to the circling dive boat - 4 departures @ day.

It's possible to do maximum 6 dives a day, but you are free to spread your dive activities over several days.
