Registration and deposit:

You are kindly requested to complete and return the enclosed registry form. You will thereafter receive a charge for a deposit of 15 % of the total order value plus eventual sickness cancellation insurance that has to be pre paid on registration.

 

Sickness cancellation insurance: Price THB 3.000,00 pr person.

Sickness cancellation insurance has to be prepaid along with the deposit and is valid up the departure date. The insurance covers cancellation charges (see below) in connection to cancellations because of death, serious illness or injury that requires hospitalization, doctor prescribed confinement to bed or other acute illness that can be compared with afore mentioned, for you, your closest family and travel companion.

 

Please note: There are limitations and exceptions for persons age 75 years and over..

Sickness cancellation insurance is not valid, if the above mentioned is caused by persons that have reached the age of 75 and over. 

 

Cancellation:

On cancellation earlier than 2 months before the start of the tour – There is a surcharge of THB 2.000 per person (on top of sickness cancellation insurance, which can not be refunded). If the cancellation occurs later than mentioned, but earlier than 45 days before departure time, the deposited amount is considered lost. If the cancellation occurs later, but earlier than 14 days before departure, 50% of the travel price is lost and between 14 days and up to the departure time, the total travel price is lost.

 

Travel insurance:

We kindly notify that Wild Kingdom Tours Co., Ltd. does not accept participants on round trips without travel insurance. Participants have to arrange their own travel insurance and are requested to forward a copy of the policy no later than a month before departure to Wild Kingdom Tours Co., Ltd.

 

We kindly draw to your attention that some insurance companies demand a health certificate for persons of age 75 or reach 75 years at time of travel.

 

Visa and passport:

There is visa requirement for some countries.  Please check with the local Thai consular office.

 

Please note that the passport has to be valid for at least 6 months after expected departure and that your name on the registry form has to be identical as to the one in the passport. .

Discrepancies can lead to unnecessary delays and in the worst case refused admission.

 

Bonus card:

If you are using a Star Alliance airline company, then a bonus card can be used on the round trip. The bonus card is a free service- and bonus program for all travellers with Star Alliance partners. Contact your ticket agent, if you require further information and/or registrations forms.  If you are already a member of a Star Alliance bonus system, you are kindly requested to inform your membership number during flight booking.

Actual members of Star Alliance airline companies: SAS, Thai Airways International, Lufthansa, Singapore Airlines, United, Air Canada, Air New Zealand and more.

 

Final payment:

About 3 months before departure date, you will receive a final invoice (to be paid within 2 month before arrival).

 

Vaccinations:

Some doctors recommend that, your basic vaccinations (difteri-tetanus) are covered or renewed as well as that you are protected against kidney infection, by taking an injection of gammaglobulin (protects about 2 months), or a vaccine Havrix, which is given twice; The first time it covers 1 year, renewed vaccination within 1 year covers at least 20 years. You can be vaccinated at your local hospital, clinic or you can consult your own doctor.

 

Prerogative:

Wild Kingdom Tours Co., Ltd.  Reserves the right for eventual changes of day to day programs and price increases due to currency changes, increased taxes and duties and other circumstances, that we have no possibility before hand to prevent.  

 

The price for the round trip is based on the agreed number of participants. Should the number of the party be les, Wild Kingdom Tours Co., Ltd. reserves the right to increase the price per participant.

Please pay attention to that transfer from foreign banks could take 14 working days and that there are many local holidays in Thailand.

Furthermore you should note that all bank fees’ concerning money transfer in home country and receiving bank in Thailand is to be paid by the client. Normally this fee would be equivalent to USD 20.
