Log Wildkingdom Tours - Great Hornbill. Hornbill's is a family member of a large Old World tropical bird spices which have enormous curved bills and often a bony cask on the head. Thirteen of the worlds 54 species occur in Thailand. As fruit eaters they are critical to seed dispersal, with out them the forest would not be as luxuriant odr diverse. Great hornbills mate for life and, like all hornbills, nest in hollw tree cavities. The female will plaster the entrance with a mixture of mud, tree bark, wooddust, food debris and even her own fethers. Only a small crack, big enugh to let the male passing food trough will remain the the contact to the outer world. For millions of years hornbills have been a model for good parenting.

startede ud en tidlig morgen i en minibus. Første stop var ved et andet guesthouse, h fra Fredericia og rigtig flinke. Men afsted vi fór til et sted med en masse ATV’er.. - All Terrain Vehicles – og efter et par ture rundt på prøvebanen havde jeg så meget styr på bæstet, at jeg var toptunet til sådan en tur i junglen med smalle stier og langt ned af bjergsider… - NOT! jungle som jeg lige skulle have hjælp til at klare. Adrenalinen pumpede i hvert fald for fulde hørm, og mens tommelfingeren blev følelsesløs af at holde gassen nede og lårene stive af at klemme sig unødvendigt fast på bæstet, kunne man nyde noget helt fantastisk natur.. – de gange der lige var overskud til at fjerne blikket fra vejen, men jeg blev i førersædet hele turen, og jeg er pisse stolt klarede vist også turen fint nok. – Men jeg føler mig sejest!ATV kørsel(små 4-hjulstrækkere) i områder med en masse bakker så fra morgenstunden her i vores Guest House, er der aktivitet. Alle skal et eller andet, men vi har valgt at få lidt ro på kroppen og i sjælen. Var også på 4in1 adventure, det kan varmt anbefales, først elefantridning, så ATV (minicrossere), derefter tur til vandfald. Vi sluttede af med riwer rafting som da var noget af det sjoveste/fedeste ved denne tur. Flere gange tog vi bare en tuk tuk og kørte ud i landskabet. ATV Crosser Det var en lang vej fra byen, omkring 1 times kørsel i song tao. .... næsten har været her, reddet på elefanter, Whitewater Rafting, ATV, Snakefarm startede ud en tidlig morgen i en minibus.
