Wild Kingdom Tours was established in 2001, after the founders in the years up to the company registration, had been employees in other travel agencies.

The original intention was to offer travellers in Thailand, nature and adventure tours. The tropical and subtropical climate in this belt of the Far East is ideal for arrangements like this. The culture, climate and mentality are also very different, form what the most of us origins from.

We have not let nature down and this still have top priority. It is us humans that should adapt to the unspoilt areas of nature – and not the other way around.

In the mean time experience has shown us, the need for more niches in the travel business. Because of this fact we therefore also now arrange sports event tours, conference arrangements and special arrangements for the still increasing number of travel clubs, that emerge and who often have a travel theme. Furthermore we also got good connections to the neighbouring countries like Laos, Cambodia and Vietnam where we always can refer to good colleagues that can make exciting and comprehensive travel itineraries. Furthermore our tour activities at Wild Kingdom Tours are approved by the Office of Tourism Development, to organise and sell travel arrangements. At the same time we are obligated to the authorities, not to offer products from travel agents that are not approved by them.

Our premium goal is not to create a travel empire, but to advise our sponsors to the best of our ability. In a market with many offers of various quality, one often loses grasp of the offers and we know better than anyone else, that there is no place for mistakes, in planning a long expected and awaited travel to the Far East.

Therefore, with a clear sense of right and wrong, we would never offer trips, round trips and other travel arrangements, that we ourselves do not support a 100%.

Ms. Nanta is the Daily office manager. She keeps control of the daily routines and organizes the paperwork with authorities, tour agents and hotels etc.

Ms. Em has been with us from the very beginning. She takes care of updating hotel, tour operator and transport contracts. Also se to that everything is paid on time.

Ms. Neung, will pick up your phone calls, make vouchers and sees to that we always can offer the latest in new excursions from ever district.

Mr. Max is our indispensable transport colleague. He will pick you up and bring you to any place you wish.

Mr. Tom, our extensional arm in Bangkok. A man with experience & knowledge there can do wonders that nobody believed possible.

Mr. Adam Knudsen, Top experienced Dive Master:

Was raised in Europe, but originates from Thailand. Speaks Scandinavian, English and Thai.

Per Butler: Born 1952 in New York/ cofounder and owner of Wild Kingdom Tours. During his youth he often sailed on the seven seas, with his farther, who was a Captain in the merchant fleet.

After graduating with a commercial degree he traveled as a Report Photographer in Spain, Peru, USA and Iceland. He has owned and managed an independent transport and logistics company.

Graduated as a tour guide in 1985 with destinations in the former Soviet Union, which at that time was undergoing an exciting breaking up period.

Countless trekking and field trips has taken Per out to the furthest reaches of the world, where contact to the local population was always established according to the current rules and regulations. Has been permanent resident in Thailand since 1998, from where he now runs his travel agency. Takes part of volunteer work with Tourist Police Division where guidance, information and investigation of cases that involves tourist who visit Phuket.
